To provide an after school curling club for KS1 – Y1/Y2 using Premier Sports provider so that we can prepare for a competition. To provide sports leader with roles. To provide a club for a non-traditional sport. X6 weeks

£46 per wk Sept – Oct

£276 total cost to be paid in autumn 1.

 

 Children being active. Children will be prepared for the competition and children who tried curling last year when in Y1 can play it again and those Y1 children who do not know about curling can have a go!

2 KS2 children will have supported a club as a sports leader.

 

October 2018 LLG Leigh East
To provide a Change 4 Life club at lunchtime for Upper KS2 children whohave been identified. Mr Wilock will lead this club.

Then the Lower KS2 children who have been identified will attend Change 4 Life.

Children purposely active, playing together, following rules and developing their skills.

 

At lunchtime Mr Wilcock will referee / support lunchtime matches – basketball or football. X13 Weeks

 

 To support behaviour management at lunchtime. Children playing fairly and reduce incidents of bad behaviour.
 To provide an afterschool hockey club so that we can prepare for  a competition.

Children can attend extend their hockey skills/play competitively.

Children will be prepared for the competition. Children who tried hockey last year get the opportunity to do this again.

Leigh East

To provided an afterschool fencing club for KS2 – Y3/ Y4 using Premier Sports provider so that we can prepare for a competition.

To provide sports leader with roles.

To provide a club for a non-traditional sport.

At Golborne High

No competition entered
To provide an after school basketball club so that we can prepare for a competition.

Children can attend extend their basketball skills/play competitively.

X 7 weeks Oct – Dec  Children being active. Children will be prepared for the competition.

Children who tried basketball with Mr Partington last year get the opportunity to do this again.

At Golborne High

To provide additional swimming for Y4 children. X13 weeks pool cost £135 per week.

 

Children extending their skills or working towards the NC requirement.

New equipment for KS2 playtimes for spring / summer 2019 £107 (remaining balance from last year funding)

*£93 to be taken from November 2018 grant to make this amount to £200

Upskill costs for autumn 1 £1435 out of 2017/18 funding for 6 weeks of teaching – CPD / clubs. (6 week half term)

Upskill costs for autumn 2 £1675 to be paid out of new funding 2018/19 first payment due Oct 18. (7 week half term)

Premier Sports costs £276 for autumn 1. To be paid from April 2017/18 funding.

Premier Sports cost £322 for autumn 2. To be paid from new funding Nove 2018/19.

*Total spending autumn 1: £2771 this can be taken from funds from 2017/18.

Total spending autum 2: £3752 (Upskill/Premier Sport & Y4/5 swimming costs) + transport £100 + £93 playground equipment = £3945.

To provide an after school High 5 club so that we can prepare for a competition.

Children can attend  extendtheir High 5 skills/play competitively.
