Welcome

Welcome to our website.  We hope you find it informative and interesting and a valuable insight into life here at Westleigh St Paul’s.

At St Paul’s we are passionate about learning and growing in a safe, nurturing and welcoming environment.

Our Christian ethos encompasses all aspects of school life shown in our mission statement.

We provide the children with lots of opportunities for first hand experiences to enhance their learning, and strive towards all children making progress according to their abilities.

Our learning challenge curriculum enables us to do this in a creative meaningful way.

Above all, we believe that learning should be fun and if you visit our school, that will be evident by the smiles you will see on the children’s faces.

Our motto is “Working Together, Playing Together” and this is something staff, children, parents and governors believe in, resulting in a happy school where children can reach their full potential!

A Word from the Headteacher

I am very proud to be the Headteacher of this happy, inclusive school which gives children a strong foundation for their educational journey. I work within a team of committed professionals who want the best for every child in our care.

Our values of friendship, love, hope, trust and respect describe our ethos perfectly. Children who feel happy and safe thrive in their learning, and our attainment and progress shows that this is the case at St. Paul’s. St. Paul’s is a successful primary school in a thriving community.

We provide a wealth of fun learning opportunities within a broad and balanced curriculum. Children learn well from first hand experiences and these are enhanced by a range of visitors to school, educational visits and extra-curricular activities.

Our school provides a warm and caring environment where each and every child is valued as an individual. We believe all children are blessed with different talents and we encourage them to develop these to the full and always aim high.

All children are special and deserve a fabulous primary school experience. We believe we do this successfully, giving children the love, support and care they need to succeed

We pride ourselves on relationships at all levels, and children, parents, staff and governors are important members of our St. Paul’s family.
